plans, coordinates, and facilitates the annual Leadership program.
Leadership Perry seeks to identify and engage diverse and emerging leaders in the Perry area, with an emphasis on building the leadership base of Perry and Houston County. Leadership Perry is designed to deliver adaptive learning techniques, linking leadership skills to real challenges in the Perry area specific to future growth and economic development.
Each Leadership Perry Class participates in a community project. Throughout the course of the program, the class will organize and complete a community project which somehow will enhance the Perry area. The LP22 class is committed to furthering the betterment of the Perry Community. In the spirit of our commitment and passion for others, LP22 is leading the charge to provide inter-inclusive play equipment for our friends and family who are physically unable to enjoy our current playground offerings. In perry, those who are bound to a wheelchair do not have the opportunity to enjoy our playgrounds by simply swinging with their family, friends and other playing children. Please join the LP22 mission to provide a Wheelchair Accessible Swing to the Barbara Calhoun Park on Tucker Road in Perry.
