Perry Restaurant Week Participants

Please complete this form for your participation in Perry Restaurant Week! PRW will take place November 6-15. Most of the information you provide below will be included on our website at perryrestaurantweek.com.

To qualify for participation, you must be a member of the Perry Chamber and must offer a specialty item or items from November 6-15. This can be a food or beverage, and will draw patrons to your restaurant - so be creative!

Even if you have not decided on your specialty item yet, please fill out as much as possible now.
If you have more than one specialty item, include them all separated by a comma.

Are you interested in participating in Preview Night?
This will take place on Thursday, November 5. This will be a sampling event similar to Taste of Southern, however attendance will be limited to 200 guests and will be more formal. Your restaurant will be asked to provide samples of your specialty item for Restaurant Week. (checking yes does not guarantee participation as space is limited.)
Are you planning a sanctioned event during Perry Restaurant Week?
This could be anything from a cooking class, cooking demonstration, unique live music, themed event, etc. Your restaurant will be responsible for planning and executing this event. We will promote this event on our website and other platforms (keep in mind all events must follow CDC Guidelines at the time.)
Would you be interested in purchasing Perry Restaurant Week T-Shirts for your staff to wear leading up to the event?
We will offer t-shirts at cost to our restaurant participants if they would like their hosts/wait staff to wear them leading up to and during PRW. This is not required and is up to each restaurant.
We will pull your location, hours, etc. from your website. This is if you would like to include any information on ordering takeout, making reservations, or any other helpful information. If you have any high quality photos that you would like included, please send to clay@perrygachamber.com
