| Swift Street Inn - 1204 Swift St. | | Description | Built in 1857 by Judge William Tyre Swift for whom Swift Street was named. SSS Tonic was first manufactured in the back yard there by the son of the owner, Charles T. Swift. J. Meade Tolleson, Sr. purchased the home in 1929 where his family lived for 40 years. Today it is a bed and breakfast operated by Mike and Joy Sheen. |
