| Description | Originally the Ben C. Holtzclaw home, built in 1980s. It served as Perry's first Georgia State Patrol Station from 1937 to 1940, when it was purchased by Dr. A. G. Hendrick to serve as Perry's first clinic. Dr. Phil A. Mathias purchased and renovated it in 1984 to serve as his offices. |
