| Description | Built circa 1920 by Lucille Cooper and was Perry's first brick house. Former owners include J. J. Rooney, owner of the New Perry Hotel in the 1930s, and James M. Goodin, former principal of Perry High School. Bill and Robin O'Neal bought the home in 1992. |
