| Description | Built in 1935, originally consisting of two rooms and a kitchen. In 1877, Judge C.C. Duncan built the Victorian two-story addition. It was sold in 1981 by Bob Cater Massee, and renovated by Charles Patterson. Bill and Denise Williford, the current owners, continue restoration of the house and gardens. |
