| Description | Originally the Edward L. Felder home during the 1850s. The Andrew S. Giles family owned the home from 1874 to 1913, when it was purchased by Mrs. Minnie Couey. The home was deeded to the Perry United Methodist Church in 1994 by the late Miss Frances Couey, retired schoolteacher and principal. It is now the residence of Chris Arnold. |
