(2018) Fishing Day Camp
Session 1: June 12th-14th, 2018
Session 2: June 26th – 28th, 2018
9:30 am – 12:30 pm
$75 per child
This introductory-level camp is designed for children, ages 7-15, who would like to get outdoors and learn the basics of fishing. In addition to learning how to fish, campers will also receive instruction on fishing equipment, safety, casting, and cleaning fish. Topics such as fish biology, habitats, and conservation will be explored through guided tours and fun educational activities.
All equipment and bait will be provided. Food and drink will not be provided but campers may bring their own. Due to limited space, pre-registration is required by June 8th for session 1 and June 22nd for session 2. Payment will be due on the first day of camp. Annual passes and library passes are intended for general admission only and cannot be used for this program.
